The Proggy-Buggy Contest is more than just a programming competition — it’s a community, a challenge, and a chance to have fun while testing your skills.
You’ll have 42 minutes to solve 13 algorithmic problems — enough to push your brain, learn, and enjoy the process!
No matter if you code in Python, Java, C++, or any other language, this is a great opportunity to challenge yourself, improve your skills, and meet others who are as passionate about
programming as you are.
New to coding contests? Don’t worry! We provide training sections, clear instructions, and a supportive Telegram community where you can ask questions, get advice, and share experiences.
Contest Details
Date: November 22, 2025, at 10:00 UTC (check your local time)
Registration Deadline: November 21, 2025
Format: Teams of up to 3 participants
Categories: Amateurs, Professionals, Superheroes (The team category is determined by the highest category among members. Check category details to see which one fits you.)
Team Composition: Members can be from different cities or countries (except the Russian Federation and other sanctioned territories)
Accounts: Each participant must have a confirmed account before team registration. Once all accounts are confirmed, a single team member registers the team.
Technical Requirements: Desktop or laptop (one device per team) and a stable internet connection
Contest Language: English
The team that solves the most tasks with the lowest penalty wins. Prizes are awarded for each category.
Prizes
Winners receive diplomas and prizes from DataArt
All participants receive certificates
